Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a key identifying different parts of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
